This is the page where I'll describe myself in more detail.
|
 |
I graduated from Chaffey High School in 1989. I received my Bachelors degree in Biology and a single subject teaching
credential in life science. I also have earned a Masters of Arts degree in Teaching. I am currently pursuing a
Ph.D. in Educational Studies at Claremont Graduate University, with an emphasis in Teaching and Learning.
I have been teaching high school science in the Chaffey Joint Union High School District for eleven years. I have taught
Intergrated Science 1 & 2 (freshman and sophmore), in addition to Anatomy and Physiology (juniors and seniors).
Currently I am teaching two periods of Integrated Science. In addition to teaching at Rancho I am also serving
as a faculty advisor for Internship Teachers at Claremont Graduate University and am an adjunct instructor at Chaffey Community
College.
I currently live in Upland, California with my husband David and my two children, Ana-Sophia, 7 years old and Zachary,
13 years old.

What a job!
I might describe my job in a little more detail here. I'll write about what I do, what I like best about it, and even some
of the frustrations. (A job with frustrations? Hard to believe, huh?)
